Your Ride. On Demand.

home52 Transportation provides same-day and advanced scheduled
transportation for riders who need specialized transportation services.

home52 Transportation is a service of Council on Aging's wholly-owned subsidiary, home52.

The home52 Transportation Difference

home52 Transportation is different than other transportation systems, including public transit and rideshare services. These traditional systems do not always meet the transportation needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities. We provide:

  • Door-through-door service
  • Same-day ride availability
  • Specialized vehicles
  • GPS tracking improves safety
  • Communication with you and your appointment destination if we're running late

“The individuals who ride with us need hands-on support. They need someone to collect them at their door, assist them safely into and out of the vehicle, and then to assist them into their appointment location. In many cases, our drivers are also managing the rider’s equipment, such as walkers, canes and wheelchairs.”  - Bryan Black, home52 Transportation Manager
